& utterly disposable
(the intense inane)
though really
i like everything
well enough.
(some things
more than others,
obviously.)
bonza.
bellissimo.
idiot.
(grins quietly.)

iii.

permeable discourse.
a strength,
not a weakness.
incessantly so.
like this meal
(spaghetti scene
from lady & the tramp!)
then
the sex problems
(the sex? problems?)
watching the space
vacated by
television.
last drinks.

iv.

a sustaining tone.
that is,
sustaining itself.
& on, & on.
(beckett versus
joe dolce.

i'll go on.
