now with kitties!

robots are all very well & good, but up until today this website has been seriously deficient in the photos of cats department... fortunately, a brief excursion around the streets this afternoon allowed me to address this awful shortcoming...

okay, now this is obviously not a cat.

so i dunno what happened here... i mean, it's been hot, but it hasn't been that hot...

i hope no one was standing under it when it came down...

a crazy old man a few doors up feeds the local pigeons at regular intervals... (note: only evidence of craziness is pigeon feeding tendency...)

someone's kitty has gone missing...

this kitty lives in the front block of flats... although it's seen here sitting on the neighbours' front lawn...

& here it is trying to sneak away from the strange man with the camera...

this kitty is ultra-friendly... it lives in the front block of flats, too...

& doesn't mind having its photo taken...

or just generally rolling about & daring you not to pat it...
