::: possibly anne’s birthday

hey! you know what today might be? it might be anne’s birthday! & anne may be in canada. alternatives include:

  • anne’s birthday occurs on some other day;
  • anne is in a country other than canada;
  • some combination of these things.

anyway, happy birthday anne. if it’s today, that is. how’s [insert current locale]?

room heaters, endlessly fascinating — sometimes “no” means “by all means keep banging your tiny little fists on the controls for the room heater, please excuse me for disturbing you i don’t know what i was thinking”…

now featuring all new climbing & teetering action!

woah — found out last night via the interweb that a large swathe of north queensland got blown away by a category 5 cyclone… lots of property and other damage but, according to what i’ve been able to find on-line, no serious injuries… man, i didn’t even know there was a cyclone around…

& now — i must away, to try to figure out what to do with my life. shouldn’t take that long, right?

  1. You didn’t know there was a cyclone around? *I* didn’t know and I’m in this country (and it’s not Canada). Aww, babies are so cute!

  2. Everyone I know of is okay (although though one workmate’s parents have had their lychee plantation wiped out). Apparently didn’t do too much damage in Townsville. Trashed a lot of Mum and Dad’s trees on the Tablelands, but they’re otherwise fine.

    So, how’s that soul-searching coming along?

    In other side comments, that is one cute baby.

    Also: cute baby, yo.
